Subscription Model: The details are as follows:

Billing: A monthly fee is automatically processed for ease.

Kindly provide 30 days notice for cancellations, ensuring smooth transitions. Since 30 days is required there will not be a prorated refund unless the client needs more than 30 days and less than 60 days to transition. Core Features: Website/Funnel Builder: Streamlined digital design without complexities. Unified Communications: Consolidating all interactions, ensuring coherent

communication. Social Media Scheduler: Streamline your brand's outreach across

platforms. AI Automation System: Lead the market with advanced AI-driven strategies.

Centralized Deployment: We emphasize and require the use of AI CRM for every website and marketing strategy, as to maintain a consistent and powerful brand presence and optimize workflow. We will not manage external systems that are offered in ELEVATE AI CRM. We will not integrate external systems if the similar service already exists in AI CRM. If there is a service that you need that we do not offer, we will negotiate separately how it will be handled.

OpenAI Integration: It is required to establish your OpenAI account and share an OpenAI API key with us. If you're gearing up for significant traffic, consider multiple API keys from separate OpenAI accounts.

Onboarding Benefits: Personalized setup, catering to your unique needs. Customized AI integration for a seamless experience. Regular consultations, fortifying our collaboration .Ongoing operational support to ensure consistent progress. Transparent Pricing: We don't foresee price alterations. However, transparency is our principle; any adjustments, increase or decrease, will be communicated 30 days in advance. Billing Clarity: For services like SMS, email, Content AI, etc., clients will be billed at 2X the base rate.

For clarity below is an example of services that were billed at a base cost to a high traffic client in one month:

Calls (238): $3.1016 SMS (4,912): $64.9801 Emails (5,027): $3.3932This example represents a high-engagement client profile. Your costs will be double of each category if you replicated this traffic. Let’s hope you do! $

OpenAI Account: Clients are responsible for setting up an OpenAI account and covering the associated usage fees. For instance, a charge of $120 may appear in your OpenAI account if the AI composes an 80,000-word novel. Clients must provide ELEVATE with the necessary API key(s). For businesses with significant traffic, it is recommended to provide multiple API keys from separate OpenAI accountsTerms:1. Subscription and Duration:

The monthly subscription will continue indefinitely and is on a prepay basis.

2. Content and Data Ownership:

While all content produced within the CRM remains the property of The Keystone Advantage, you, our esteemed client, will have full access to it as long as your subscription is active. After deactivation, access is revoked. You are welcome to repurpose any content derived from your brand for its promotion without misrepresenting our or similar services. All communications and contact information of our client's customers are used to improve our systems and offer value to those contacts and you. We commit to transparency and your value.

3. Compliance: You are responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal laws. It's crucial to stay updated on phone carriers, email services, and social media policies. Any breach might result in the suspension of services.

4. Service & Support: Service is initiated upon the first monthly payment.

5. Exclusivity: We cherish our relationship and thus aim for exclusivity. We commit to focusing on your business needs during our collaboration, and we hope for the same dedication from you. Our intent is to provide first-rate service and be the first port of call for any opportunities where our expertise could be beneficial.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction: Our aim is to resolve any disagreements through mediation. In the rare instance of a legal challenge, the client agrees to cover all court costs until a final judgment, barring further appeals, determines any liability. Should the client require data migration post-cancellation, a $2,000 fee applies, provided within 30 days.

7. Payment & Billing: The monthly charge is processed automatically. Please provide a 30-day notice for cancellations, allowing us ample time for transitions. If less than 30 days are provided, the full monthly fee applies, with no prorated refunds available. There is no cancellation policy on an annual plan, we provide a two month discount. There are no refunds on service set up fees.
